Often there is the misconception that yoga is for a certain person and/or body type. We strive to show you that yoga is for who you are, at this moment. As with many things in life, there is always room for improvement. We are here to guide and support you as your practice grows.
Whether you are in need of a beginner flow or have advanced your practice, we offer a wide variety of class experiences and yoga flows. Our classes encourage you to work together with your breath and body. We end our sessions with 5 minutes of restorative meditation.
We are here to support you through your own practice and journey. We understand that adapting new habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on yoga and meditation, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
